Perfect Son (POL)
Perfect Son is a new endeavour from Polish singer and producer Tobiasz Bilinski, previously known as Coldair. After the ‘exorcism’ of this act Bilinski needed a restart and Perfect Son was born. His unabashedly radiant and unapologetically complex pop is delivered in ten perfect shots on the LP Cast. His debut record was released by Sub Pop Records in February 2019. Perfect Son is Sub Pop’s first Polish artist, the result of an extended interest in Bilinski’s work and Poland itself after label co-founder Jonathan Poneman saw Bilinski perform at South by Southwest as Coldair.

Squid (UK)
Formed in Brighton, Squid have built their name on the back of a run of fine singles and their incendiary live shows – including three packed sets at Glastonbury. Gigs that display an energy and conviction that is positively transcendent in its chaos and fever. Single The Cleaner, inspired by moving to London, is typically Squid: bursting with ideas, a clear energy and wildly swerving from disco-funk to post-punk.

Tribade (ESP)
Tribade is a young female rap act from Barcelona, lead by MCs Bittah, Masiva Lulla and Sombra Alor. The group is devoted to original rap culture and its mission of denunciation and empowerment through rhythm and poetry. Lyrically, Tribade brings the XXIst century universe of three young women fighting against precariousness in a male dominated society and amplifies through its poetry repressed realities such as LGBT, as well as local and neighbourhood struggles, and antifa activism. Musically, Barcelona is not only 90s mestizo, rumba and fiesta beats: Tribade blends a fresh and original mix of rap with flamenco, soul, Afrotrap and reggaeton.

Coilguns (SWI)
Coilguns are sure to crack your skull with their blend of noise and hardcore punk. The four hyperactive Swiss warriors of the heavy underground released their sophomore album March 2018 on Hummus Records. Millennals is a violent and over-the-top distorted record and the new material delivers yet more menacing sounds.

Afterparty: De Rooie Jager Roodshow (02:00 – 05:00)
