DaufødtNOR + FeralNL
Experimental noiserock, drone and electro-punk
Unfortunately Upchuck can’t play tonight… Here’s the statement by the band:
Awh Shit!
Unfortunately, due to our current and bizarre circumstance at with the border, we are having to cancel our upcoming August EU shows.
Thankfully we’ve been allowed into the UK and given a temporary visa to finish our shows in the here. We have exhausted all avenues to get ourselves to the EU but unfortunately our travel documents are not accepted there. Because of this, we are unable to follow through on our commitments and we have to cancel all mainland shows in the EU for this month.
Daufødt and Feral will still perform and the entrance will be free, but if you were coming especially for Upchuck and have now decided not to attend, you can request a refund by emailing [email protected]. This is possible until August 23rd at the latest (one day after the show).
Daufødt will perform — a Norwegian band with one foot firmly rooted in punk, while the other kicks down doors toward noise rock, drone, and experimental music.
The evening opens with Amsterdam-based Feral, an electro-punk duo featuring a rogue karaoke singer, rowdy bass, and drum machine. They deliver sharp, danceable chaos, as heard on their album The Live Album No One Asked For.
