Update 13-02: The musical performance Schattenspiel Live will open the night! "Acoustic live instruments meet Melodic Techno."

Global Warming used to be a hot issue, but it seems to have died a quiet death. Time for a revival Vera-style! The plan: gather as many nationalities as possible for a night of dancing to cool music. The goal: warm ourselves to as many kinds of international music as possible.Instead of playing music from different genres, we will play music from different countries: different music per country!We switch countries every 10 minutes or so. So we’ll be slowdancing to chansons from France, bang our heads to Finnish metal and dance the super Dutch polonaise to German schlagers! Our Vera Vj’s will provide you with suiting images.

SCHATTENSPIEL is an electroacoustic live performance by producer Paul David Heckhausen. This project combines electronic dance beats with the sound of an acoustic live instrument and is especially focused to perform live. You shouldn't expect a DJ-set as you hear it every night out there, just be open-minded and take part in this new experience!

Global Warming, je hoort er nooit meer iets over. Tijd om dat concept eens nieuw leven in te blazen, maar dan wel op de Vera manier. Het plan: zoveel mogelijk nationaliteiten verzamelen op een avond om eens een goed potje te dansen. Het doel: je warm dansen op zoveel mogelijk internationale muziek. Draaien we normaal gesproken in ‘genreblokjes’, vanavond gooien we het over een andere boeg: muziek per land! Tien minuten schuifelen op Franse chansons, headbangen op Finse metal en inhaken op Duitse schlager, terwijl de VJ’s bijpassende beelden tonen.
