Texan psychedelic garage band Holy Wave plays a mix of calm shoegaze, reverb-drenched garage rock and psych rock. The five-piece have already racked up numerous tours and festival appearances in the US, Europe, Latin America and Africa. And after four full-length and three EP releases, the band returned in 2022 with a new single on Suicide Squeeze.

Earlier records like 2011’s Knife Hits leaned more towards a garage sound, but soon the band started adding more vintage synths to the mix. By the time Interloper (2020) was released, they had enough Vox organs and Moog synthesisers running through their songs to make a band like Stereolab jealous.
