The Norwegian rockband Motorpsycho, formed in the 80s, is known for their versatile repertoire of psychedelic and progressive rock. In recent years, their sound has evolved from more complex works like the Gullvåg Trilogy to the more guitar-driven rock of Kingdom of Oblivion, which blends heavy guitars with acoustic elements. In 2023, the band surprised once again with a new sound when Yay! was released, a psych-pop album that served as a reaction to their earlier progressive work. Shortly after, in 2024, Neigh!! followed, a collection of “outsider songs” that hadn’t appeared on previous albums.

Motorpsycho has already played 14 (!!!) shows at our club and has become a true VERA favorite over the years. Now, the band is returning and bringing with them their latest album!
