Feedback-drenched heavy rock
The American power trio Nebula is coming back to VERA! Their last show was in 2019 and have been a recurring band even before that. The power trio specializes in feedback-drenched heavy rock, incorporating liberal doses of Black Sabbath riffery, psychedelia, and space rock.
Guitarist Eddie Glass and drummer Ruben Romano formed Nebula in 1997 after breaking away from desert rock pioneers Fu Manchu, eventually recruiting bassist Mark Abshire. Nowadays they play with a new line-up of which Eddie Glass is still part of.
They are a culmination of their rock forbearers such as Jimi Hendrix, MC5, The Stooges and Mudhoney turned up a notch, taken to the next level and blasting through space. Over the years the trio has released a multitude of EP’s and albums, their latest “Transmission From Mothership Earth” which they released in 2022.
Support Komatsu was formed in 2010 after members of several locally acclaimed bands decided to join forces. Playing a brutal mix of sludge, stoner, rock and metal, the band will get you ready for Nebula’s show no matter how.
