As Panda Bear, Animal Collective’s Noah Lennox has spent over twenty years reshaping pop music into something more fluid. From the genre-blurring, sample-heavy Person Pitch to the off-kilter beauty of Tomboy and Buoys, his solo work blends nostalgia, experimentation, and raw emotion like no one else.
On his new album Sinister Grift, recorded in Lisbon with contributions from Cindy Lee, Rivka Ravede, Maria Reis, and all members of Animal Collective, Lennox drifts further into dreamy, genreless territory. For the first time, he’s touring with a full band, bringing his songs to the stage with a rare sense of depth and presence.
