The North-Carolinian countrypunkers of Sarah Shook & the Disarmers offer a strong blend of vintage outlaw country, combined with the grittiness of punk. With lyrics that waver between defiance and honest introspection, it’s clear that integrity is of utmost importance to the band.

On their resonant fourth album ‘Revelations‘, which was released in March, these raw and resilient tracks come first. Throughout, Shook’s deft storytelling documents regular people getting by and keeping on, all presented without filter or pretension.

We are sad to share that this will unfortunately be the Disarmers final tour. The band is dealing with some personnel changes and rather than replace beloved group members, bandleader River Shook is taking the opportunity to pivot into a long-planned solo project after this run concludes.
