Helaas is het concert van The Pleasure Dome afgelast.

Lees hier het statement van de band:

"With a whimper, not a bang - this is how it will end."

Not a statement I ever wanted to write, but The Pleasure Dome is no more.

This band has been my whole world and has been the best thing l've ever been part of. But after trying to rebuild over the last year following the original lineup leaving, pushing forward alone, and carrying this weight without management or stable bandmates, the reality is clear - I can't go on.

We were meant to be heading out on our biggest European tour yet in spring, but as it gets closer, it's become impossible to make it happen without taking on huge financial losses. I've poured everything in to this band, maxed out everything | have, and I simply can't keep going. It's an independent band with no money and I'm not rich. The stress is making me ill, I go days without sleep, it can't go on.

I'm proud of what we built. The Pleasure Dome has been the greatest achievement of my life. When I was a kid all I wanted to be was a musician and being a frontman was something I never thought l'd get to do, it's been a joy beyond words. I put everything in to it and I've never wanted anything more. I'm sorry it had to end.
To everyone who ever came to a show, listened to a song, or supported us in any way - thank you.

A special thank you to Oliver, Chris, Tom, Babsy, James, Ben, Anna, Antoine, Connor, Mat, Jack, Anton, Theo, Frank, Harry, Jac and anyone l've forgotten, I'm sorry.
