Every Saturday during the summer break, there’s a Zomercafé event in the basement bar or the smaller main hall! Running for 6 consecutive Saturdays, starting July 20th, it’s organized by the Downstage crew and curated in collaboration with various cultural partners. Admission is €3.00 each evening (free with a club card)!

Teddy’s Hit is a Dutch 3-Piece (new wave/post-punk) band from Amsterdam. The band has been playing around the dutch scene for a while with one EP and two full length album released. Now, they’re coming to VERA for their own curated Zomercafé with a live show filled with catchy sing-alongs and stretched out krautrock moments!

Also during this Zomercafé: jaapjaapjaap – one man with one microphone delivering a solo choir performance, and local DJ extraordinaire Jesper Vos will be bringing his finest selection of sounds for his DJ-set as Print Credits.
