Besides purchasing your ticket online it’s possible to buy them at our presale addresses or at the checkout counter on the evening of the event.
To purchase your ticket online you have to make an account first. After that you can select the amount of tickets and check-out using iDeal, Creditcard or Sofort Banking. There’s a service-fee of € 1,00 per ticket.

1. Are there still tickets for..?
Whenever an event is sold out, we will put this on the website as soon as possible. If there’s no ‘sold out’ button next to the event, there are still tickets available.
2. I’m unable to come, can I get my money back?
We’re sorry, that’s not possible.
3. Where can I buy tickets?
You can buy the tickets online, at the presale addresses or at the door on the evening of the event. If you buy online, you will receive an e-ticket in your mailbox. Click here for more detailed information about online ticketing, presale addresses and door sales.
4. Is it possible to make a ticket-reservation?
You can buy your tickets online now, but if you live abroad and don’t have a creditcard or paypal, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you out.
5. Do I have to pay a service fee for tickets?
Only when you buy your tickets online. At the door or at the presale addresses it’s the regular price.
6. Do I get my money back when an event is cancelled?
When you’ve bought the ticket(s) online, it will automatically be refunded (except for the service fee). Tickets sold at presale addresses can be refunded within 1 month after the planned date of the event. Send an e-mail to email@example.com and write down the following: Transaction code, Number of tickets, Name, Address, Bank-account. We will refund you as soon as possible.
7. I didn’t receive my ticket in the mail. What to do?
It’s possible to resend the ticket yourself. Log in to your account, go to ‘my account’ and click ‘view you order history here’. Click ‘send confirmation mail’ and the ticket will be resend to your mailaddress. If this doesn’t work, send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
8. My printer broke down, can I still get in without the ticket?
Yes. Bring your transcation code and identification and we’ll be able to find you in the system.
