When the homeless around Seoul Station are infected by a zombie virus which spreads from there to ravage the rest of the city, a young ex-prostitute attempts to survive amidst the swirling, burgeoning chaos. Meanwhile, her ex-pimp and her father both try to find her on the bloodstained and neon-washed streets of South Korean capital.

Seoul Station is more or less a prequel to the phenomenally successful Train to Busan. Now that the sequel to Seoul Station is hitting the theatres, this is the perfect opportunity to present this cinematic gem on the big screen. In Seoul Station, Sang-ho Yeon tells a tale of class conflict, social inequality and alienation, set in contemporary South Korea, seen through the lens of a zombie horror movie. The current new king of Korean animation shows his genius with Seoul Station, which in turns is shocking, enlightening and politically driven.
