Canadian indie rock band Daniel Romano’s Outfit, of course with Daniel Romano as a shining centerpiece, who has made our stage unsafe on several occasions.

In 2014, Canadian Daniel Romano performed at VERA under the rubric of TakeRoot, then with howling pedal-steel guitar. He later took off that same jacket, as this musical chameleon surprised time and again, and so in 2018 he was back in the club, but this time with the power pop band Ancient Shapes.

Then in 2022 he stood for the first time with The Outfit in VERA, a rescheduled show by corona after a period in which he released no less than three full-length albums with The Outfit.

Daniel Romano’s Outfit has since performed at many major music festivals, including Bonnaroo and Roskilde, but in September you can see them in VERA during their club tour!

Julianna Riolino knows how to capture and highlight beauty before it fades. On her debut LP, “All Blue,” Riolino reflects on her own past, the memories of pain, healing and love sprinkled throughout. The songs focus on morality and the passage of time. Her philosophical lyrics bring complexity to the listener in surrealistically sweet melodies.
