The Datsuns, a New Zealand hard rock band, rose to fame in the early 2000s with their raw garage energetic rock sound. Their 2002 debut was a major hit, especially in New Zealand and the UK. They released several albums, including Outta Sight/Outta Mind (2004), Smoke & Mirrors (2006), and Deep Sleep (2014), maintaining their signature hard rock style into their seventh album, Eye to Eye (2021). The Datsuns’ music is infused with a sleazy, vintage rock ‘n’ roll vibe, echoing the intensity of bands like AC/DC and Led Zeppelin, while also incorporating elements of psychedelic rock, especially in their later work. Their tracks often feel like a rush of adrenaline, designed to be loud, fast, and unapologetically rock ‘n’ roll.

Spiders weave a wild web of reckless and rip-roaring riffs, spellbinding vocals, seductive rhythms, sticky hooks, and punk soul. The Quintet crawled out of their native Gothenburg, Sweden rocking leather and turned up to eleven with the 2012 full length-debut Flash Point. The latest incarnation of Spiders sounds like a reicarnated rock ’n roll movement fired up on amphetamine and gasoline ready to make you dance the night away with the middlefinger waving free.

The new record Sharp Objects will be released on February 14th.
