With Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai, the legendary Jim Jarmusch reinvents the boundaries of the classic samurai story by placing it in late 90s New York. Part bloody mafia movie, part philosophical drama, and a killer hiphop soundtrack (literally).

Ghost Dog is a lone hitman working for the mafia. He moves through life with careful precision and draws his strength from calm and focus, inspired by the ways of the samurai. When the mafia turn their backs on him and the hunter becomes hunted, Ghost Dog will have to rely on his learned wisdoms like never before.
